Our products – Il Celliere


The farm, which covers about 38 hectares, provides at the company’s shop and at the restaurant a variety of generous delicacies. From seasonal vegetables to edible plants harvested within the nature reserve, to small fruits and apples that are processed in our workshop adjacent to the farm.

From these marvellous raw materials and the love for ancient farming traditions comes the brand IL CELLIERE, that redefines in a modern way the possibility of prolonging the life of the fruits and transforming them into delicacies.

Inside the processing workshop is kept, as if behind the door of grandma’s locked larder, IL CELLIERE, a line of products without preservatives and with a genuine flavour.

Among these you can find:

  • JAMS AND MARMALADES
  • CHUTNEY
  • MOSTARDE
  • AGRODOLCI

Finally, the rearing of animals – bees, cattle and pigs – ensures a substantial production of honey, meat and high-quality processed products. The vineyard, which covers about 2 hectares on the edge of the protected area, provides the grapes from which the farm wines are made.

The apple trees that surround the vineyard provide the apples for our tasty apple juice.
